  • Welcome to

    St. Brendan’s Catholic Primary School

    The School Day

The school doors open at 8.45 a.m. unless the weather is poor, in which case the children are admitted.  We ask that children do not arrive before 8.30 a.m. Pupils line up on the playground where they are greeted by their teachers and led into school. The main entrance doors should only be used by pupils who arrive at school after 8.50 a.m

    Our School Day

    Key Stage Two Lunchtime 12:30pm – 1:20pm
Afternoon playtime  Key Stage One only 2pm – 2:10pm
End of the school day 3:20pm

    Assemblies
    Whole School Assembly Monday 8:50am
    Hymn Singing Thursday 8:50am
    Celebration Assembly Friday 2:40pm

There will of course be times when parents need to speak to the class teacher, but whenever possible such meetings are best kept to the end of the school day when staff have more time to discuss matters arising and less disruption is caused to the school day. Whenever possible, it is best to make an appointment to see the class teacher, so that the necessary time can be given.
